Pool area well maintained and quiet Most of staff very helpful and friendly ( Delilah and Marta especially ) Clean rooms , comfortable Tasty breakfast and meals Zhero Beach club nearby ( extra charge ) relaxed vibe and service
Some of the reception staff were grumpy and unhelpful at times - end of season perhaps ? Feel the large wall pictures around pool and in reception need updating - especially the tatty one by pool that looks like a woman who’s taken a drug overdose … not quite the holiday vibe I was looking for

Good hotel if you want a pool and proximity to the beach
We’ve been upgraded to a superior room and offered a welcome drink. The manager & staff were friendly, and willing to help. The pool area and the lobby is very nice. Parking available. Proximity to the beach.
The pool area was pretty noisy all day long due to several families with kids staying at the hotel. If you’re hoping for a quiet time by the pool, this isn’t the right hotel. The hotel has no elevator, which can be tricky with large suitcases. The wifi didn’t reach our bedroom on the second floor. The walls of the bedrooms are quite thin, you can hear the neighbors and the water pipes.
